Well . . . another cold day! Matthew has been sad to go to work when I get to stay home but he has been enjoying the benefits of yummy breakfasts and dinners. I bought the Pioneer Woman's cookbook recently. We have been making one recipe a week for some together time. Since I was off, I made the Fancy Mac & Cheese for him last night. amazing. Matt's uncle made a small kitchen table as a wedding gift to us. For the first few years of marriage we used our black folding chairs as companions to a beautifully finished wood table. It has been difficult to find chairs that match the finish of the table. A co-worker of mine was trying to get rid of these chairs after getting a new dining room table. Even though they don't match the finish I thought they were cute. And they were definitely less expensive than new chairs. One chair had nice goldish/greenish upholstery that matched our kitchen but the others were pink. I decided to refinish all three chairs to match our green and yellow kitchen.
